Position Overview

We're looking for driven, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Account Representatives . In this entry-level role, you’ll represent top telecom brands inside retail partner stores—engaging with customers, answering questions, and helping them choose the right services for their home.

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear advancement pathways.

What You’ll Do

• Represent major telecommunications brands inside big-box retail stores

• Approach and engage customers to introduce available products and promotions

• Assist customers with selecting services such as internet, TV, or wireless plans

• Set up and manage customer accounts accurately

• Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals

• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and store-level marketing events

• Deliver exceptional service with every interaction

What You Bring

• A positive attitude and strong people skills

• 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (training provided)

• Strong communication and presentation abilities

• Self-motivated and coachable with a team-first mindset

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Dependable transportation to retail locations in and around Great Neck
