Product Manager

IDR is seeking a Product Manager to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in New York, New York. In this role, you will support customer-facing initiatives within a large financial services organization, helping evolve co-branded credit card servicing capabilities. Youll partner closely with product, engineering, data, architecture, design, and business teams to define requirements, manage delivery, and drive execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Position Overview for the Product Manager:

• Support a co-branded credit card servicing product area by driving end-to-end delivery of customer-facing enhancements
• Define functional and non-functional requirements and translate business needs into actionable product documentation
• Create and manage Epics, Stories, and backlog items in JIRA, partnering with teams to ensure clarity and readiness for delivery
• Coordinate workstreams, dependencies, priorities, and risk mitigation across engineering and business stakeholders
• Provide ongoing status updates, remove blockers, and bring structure and execution discipline to complex initiatives

Requirements for the Product Manager:

• Product management/product delivery experience within banking or financial services
• Hands-on experience supporting credit card and/or co-branded card products, ideally within card servicing
• Strong technical aptitude, including experience with back-end systems and APIs
• Proven ability to gather, define, and document requirements, including writing Epics and Stories in JIRA
• Strong project/workstream coordination skills in Agile environments, with comfort working onsite 5 days per week
