Business Analyst
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support the delivery of effective business solutions. Key Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Assist in developing use cases, user stories, and process flows. Support project planning, testing, and implementation of business solutions. Analyze data to provide insights and support decision-making. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met. Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders. Participate in meetings, workshops, and reviews with business users.
