Our client is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Softscape Installation Foreman to specialize in the installation and maintenance of exterior softscapes. The primary objective of this role is to successfully manage daily crew operations, execute detailed planting plans, and oversee landscaping projects from conception to completion.

Compensation & Benefits
- $25 - $30 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare daily job responsibilities for up to three crews (three members each), scheduling and monitoring progress via tracking software.
- Execute intricate planting plans according to architectural drawings, managing all phases of softscape and landscape installation.
- Train and mentor crew members on proper, efficient techniques for planting, pruning, edging, and general plant care.
- Oversee the careful loading and unloading of trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure teams are fully equipped for the day’s assignments.
- Operate landscaping machinery and equipment safely while ensuring crews maintain maximum productivity.
- Calculate and quantify materials effectively to ensure projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in landscaping, with strong knowledge of annuals, perennials, grasses, trees, and shrubs.
- Must be bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish).
- Clean driving record required; a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is considered a strong plus.
- Proven leadership abilities with a highly professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company positively on job sites.
- Deep understanding of the proper care, handling, and long-term maintenance of plant materials.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, kneel, stand for long periods, and comfortably work outdoors in all weather conditions.
