SaaS Systems Engineer
Support SaaS software product launch; Identify market opportunities, customer needs and contribute to defining product vision and strategy using MRP, data mining, interface management, functional modeling, Monte Carlo analysis, network analysis, risk management, COCOMO II; Establish guidelines for non-US customer support, and develop materials and strategies to enable implementation using Agile methods (XP, Scrum, Lean, Crystal, Dynamic System); Coordinate with platform architect for system monitoring including performance, fault detection, intrusion detection and remediation, security, and audit streams using object-oriented language and Java Script; Track and log customer activity and transaction flows in compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) to ensure security policies; Process management functions to build internal tools and operational systems; Automate data extraction, build monitoring/reporting dashboards and high-value, automated data warehousing and visualization.
Require Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or System Engineering plus skills and knowledge in Agile methods (XP, Scrum, Lean, Crystal, Dynamic System), MRP, data mining, interface management, functional modeling, Monte Carlo analysis, risk management, COCOMO II.
