Operations Manager

We are searching for a hands-on Project/Operations Manager in our construction division. This person will manage risk and ensure safety during day-to-day operations and supervise and manage a team of construction team leaders and members to ensure they produce work according to the project specifications. The Project/Operations Manager will escalate and remedy issues that arise during construction operations. You will also collaborate with subcontractors, take delivery of and manage resources, and keep projects on time and within budget.

During the winter months the operations manager is expected to work as a snow area manger during snow operations primarily ensuring the clients snow sites are managed per the contract parameters for the designated service area assigned by the snow manger.

Construction and leadership experience is required. Five or more years of progressive leadership experience, including working as an operations manager or working supervisor, is required. Commercial snow operations experience is preferred.
