The Hired Guns seek a Chief Product Officer to blaze the innovation trail at a content creation platform that easily turns users visions into stories. Join a tight-knit team dedicated to a product that is defining the future of UI.

The Role

The organization leads its category in innovation and needs a visionary Chief Product Officer to maximize its impact. You will think 18 months ahead to shape future design and excite customers.

Your mission is to expand the companys footprint by increasing existing client accessibility and tailoring offerings to small-to-medium-sized businesses beyond enterprise accounts. Additionally, you will work on developing a freemium platform for prosumers.

Collaborate with the Director of Product Management to implement a strategic vision, incorporating new features, functionalities, and pricing models.

Success in Your First Year

• Design an innovation roadmap for the next 12 months.
• Work with the VP of Engineering and Head of Product to create an implementation strategy. If your vision boosts YoY growth by 70%, celebrate your success.

Ideal Candidate

You thrive in both artistic and scientific environments, balancing functionality and inspiration to appeal to design-curious marketers and marketing-curious designers.

You are entrepreneurial yet pragmatic, with a vision for a design-based future. You prefer distributed teams that are independent and goal-oriented.

Ambitions for a CEO role are a plus. Experience with content management systems or content creation apps, including email distribution services, is advantageous.
