Job Description

Seeking an experienced individual contributor with strong experience in Agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and natural language processing (NLP). You will be a hands-on individual contributor with deep expertise in AI/ML and a proven ability to translate cutting-edge research into production solutions. The focus of this role is building, deploying, and scaling agentic AI systems, large language models, and intelligent automation in high-impact business areas. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders on strategic, high-visibility initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy agentic AI solutions that automate complex workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve customer and employee experiences.

Operationalize large language models and generative AI to process unstructured data such as contracts, claims, medical records, and customer interactions.

Build autonomous agents and multi-step reasoning systems integrated with core enterprise platforms.

Partner with data engineering and AIOps teams to ensure models are production-ready, scalable, secure, and reliable.

Translate advances in agentic AI, reinforcement learning, and reasoning into practical solutions for underwriting, claims automation, customer service, and risk assessment.

Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and business leaders to define use cases, design solutions, and measure business value.

Establish repeatable frameworks for developing, testing, and deploying agentic AI solutions.

Skills and Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Modeling and Development in Insurance industry

Experience with LLMs, NLPs, Generative AI and multistep reasoning systems

Strong programming skills in Python and familiar with PyTorch, Tensorflow and LangGraph

Bachelor's degree with 4+ years in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field Insurance Underwriting experience

Masters Degree or PhD
