Angie’s Long Island is a highly anticipated opening from the team behind Balos Estiatorio and Bar Angie in Washington, DC. Created by native New Yorkers Stefanos Vouvoudakis, Tom Tsiplakos, and Joe Ragonese , Angie’s brings a vibrant coastal American concept to Manhasset—featuring craft cocktails, warm hospitality, and an elevated neighborhood dining experience.

We are seeking experienced, hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team . This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments, deliver polished and attentive service, and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences.

Servers at Angie’s are expected to lead their sections with confidence, maintain strong menu knowledge, and provide seamless, high-level service from start to finish.

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service throughout the guest experience
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of food, beverage, and daily specials
• Execute steps of service with consistency and attention to detail
• Accurately input orders and manage tables using Toast POS
• Maintain awareness of table timing, pacing, and overall dining room flow
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
• Collaborate with support staff and management to ensure smooth service
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Complete opening, closing, and side work responsibilities

• 3+ years of serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant
• Experience using Toast POS required
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Professional, polished, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
