Pay Grade Range: $19.00 - $28.14 (This is a representation of the position’s entire pay grade range. Starting pay is based on an individual’s skills, experience, and at the discretion of the hiring team.)

Status: This is a full-time; hourly position

Hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30am -4:00pm

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for various administrative duties for the NY facility, primarily the residential division.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Customer service to include walk-ins, email, and over the phone with customers and other Coldspring employees.
• Slab yard visits. marking material on hold, filling out paperwork, and updating. Assisting customers when coming to pick up materials.
• Type proposal and get paperwork to customer in a timely manner. This includes all paperwork, explanation for completion of paperwork, and completion of tracking.
• Preparing job files for orders and production.
• Preparing and sending estimate, following up with customers.
• Entering all estimate information in the builder and retail tracking.
• Process any sales, and sales documents for sales thru the JDE.
• All order entry which includes collection of all documents and payments.
• All residential filing.
• Support to sales staff.
• Send samples and pictures as needed.
• Sales folder preparation.
• Answer incoming sales calls and direct call to appropriate person.
• Review cut to fit templates when dropped off for production check for information.
• Daily communication with sales, project manager, general manager.
• Supply inventory.
• Place sink orders as needed.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• This position’s environment is spent 80% in the office, 10% in the slab yard, and 10% in the plant
• Ability to do math for estimates and orders
• Flexible schedule to be able to assist customers when needs arise
• Customer relations and good communication skills
• Computer Knowledge
• The ability to multitask with minimal supervision
