Office Coordinator

Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a manufacturing organization, is seeking a skilled Office Coordinator . This role is responsible for coordinating workforce training activities, tracking completion against production timelines, and supporting launch readiness for a new assembly line. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Coordinate training schedules for hourly and salaried employees during product launch
• Track training completion and ensure alignment with production timelines
• Partner with internal and remote training teams to support program execution
• Maintain records of training requirements and compliance status
• Manage invoicing and payment tracking for training-related activities
• Support onboarding and training logistics for new assembly line operations
• Assist with documentation and reporting for launch readiness activities

Skills & Experience

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Technical, or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, reporting, basic analysis)
• Experience working with manufacturing processes, equipment, or production environments (academic or internship exposure acceptable)
• Ability to manage and track data across multiple systems
• Familiarity with training coordination or workforce scheduling processes

Desired

• Exposure to manufacturing launch or production ramp-up environments
• Experience supporting training programs or compliance tracking systems
• Knowledge of assembly line operations or industrial workflows
• Experience with invoicing, cost tracking, or financial documentation systems
• Familiarity with cross-functional coordination across multiple teams or locations
