Account Manager Required expertise and Qualifications required

»College degree or significant equivalent practice

»B2B practice; inclusive of client development and retention

»Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice with CRM/database systems

»Excellent multitasking abilities and strong time management expertise

»Strong organizational expertise and attention to detail

»Excellent communication expertise both written and verbal

Account Manager Responsibilities:

»Utilize multiple systems, including but not limited to CRM, Inventory, Sales, etc. systems to track and manage customer interactions accurately and efficiently

»Provide a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and a strong commitment to genuine care and concern for the customer

»The capability to work well within established processes and frameworks

»Offer an exceptionally strong work ethic and apply critical thinking expertise to advocate for the customer and their unique situation

»Collaborate with internal and external teams

»Maintain a learning-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement

»Previous project management practice

»Manufacturing industry practice

»Prior practice working in non-profit organizations
