Payroll Administrator

A successful industrial development company , operational since 2019, consisting of 300 employees, specializing in building next‑generationindustrial facilities (warehouses, industrial parks, and data centers), is seeking a results-driven Payroll Administrator to join our New York office.

As a Payroll Administrato r, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate payroll calculation for construction workers, factory employees, and office staff. Key outcome: up‑to‑date and accurate personnel data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and maintain payroll data in the company database;
• Verify data accuracy with employees and managers;
• Flag and resolve discrepancies proactively;
• Develop and improve HR practices within the department.

What we‘re looking for:

• Proficiency in Russian and English;
• At least 1 year of experience in personnel/payroll administration;
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Ability to see the “human side” behind data and documents;
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and self‑organization.

Office-based role in Manhattan, New York .

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 PA.
