Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active New York State physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluating and treating adult patients with orthopedic and neurologic conditions preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel therapy experience preferred.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems preferred.
• Experience with therapeutic modalities and gait training preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: AM 8.
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.
• Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
