The ideal candidate will have some post-residency experience or experience practicing as a general dentist, though neither are required. This practice does offer Gentle Wave, so being familiar with that is also a plus. There are no emergency calls, minimal networking (referral base is established, just connecting with current network would be required), and this position is open due to growth.
