About the Job:
Job Duties:
- Slicing, cutting, shredding, tenderizing, and skewering meat and vegetables.
- Knowing different cooking methods of breakfast items like eggs, French toast, pancakes, and home fries.
- Preparing the station for service with the necessary items that you cook to order.
- Checking that ingredients remain fresh and safe for consumption.
- Preventing cross-contamination.
- Preparing meals in accordance with customers' preferences, if applicable.
- Tracking the components of each meal to ensure that the final dish is completed in a timely manner.
- Greeting guests and listening to their requests as far as cooking temperatures of items they're requesting.
- Ensure that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.
- Informing the Manager when equipment is due for maintenance, repair, or replacement.
- Tracking inventory to ensure that you always have adequate supplies.
Requirements:
- Must have a food service uniform.
- Black Work Pants/Black Polo/Black Slip-Resistant Kitchen Shoes that Say Slip-Resistant.
- I.D.
- SSC.
- Resume.
