- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Managing reservations and waitlists during peak dining periods
- Balancing guest seating to maintain optimal restaurant flow
- Handling last-minute reservation changes and special requests
- Addressing guest concerns while maintaining a positive experience
- Serving as the first and last impression of the restaurant during busy service periods
