Are you detail-oriented and passionate about protecting brand integrity? As the Associate, Brand Governance & Adherence, you’ll support the implementation and enforcement of Humana’s brand standards across all marketing and communication touchpoints. You’ll help ensure that every message, asset, and experience reflects our brand purpose and complies with internal and external guidelines.

Key Role Functions

• Review marketing and communication materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and tone of voice

• Support the development and maintenance of brand governance tools, templates, and training resources

• Partner with internal teams and external agencies to provide brand guidance and feedback

• Assist in monitoring brand usage across channels and identifying areas for improvement

• Help manage brand audits and reporting to ensure adherence and consistency

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in brand governance, naming strategy, trade market adherence, and content review

• Strong understanding of brand standards, tone of voice, and visual identity systems

• Experience reviewing marketing and communication materials for brand consistency

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries

• Proven ability to operate brand management platforms or digital asset management systems

• Experience supporting brand audits and reporting on adherence metrics

Additional Information

To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria:

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

• Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$78,400 - $107,800 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
