CNC Machine Maintenance & Repair Technician
Join a dynamic and dedicated team as an Air Duct Cleaning Technician, where your skills and commitment to excellence will be valued. This role offers the opportunity to work hands-on, ensuring the health and safety of residential environments through professional air duct cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential air ducts, dryer vents, and indoor air quality systems.
- Safely and effectively operate cleaning equipment, hoses, vacuums, and tools.
- Adhere to established cleaning procedures to guarantee superior results.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of all equipment and service vehicles.
- Interact professionally with homeowners, explaining the cleaning process clearly.
- Provide outstanding customer service, addressing basic inquiries.
- Respect customer property and ensure that work areas are left clean after tasks are completed.
- Meet at the shop each morning, traveling with the team to various job sites.
- Complete an average of two residential jobs per day.
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment, and prepare for each service call efficiently.
- Document all work performed and communicate any issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow company safety procedures and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify potential hazards and report any safety concerns.
- Ensure the safe operation of all tools and equipment at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience in duct cleaning, HVAC, or home services is advantageous but not essential.
- Physical capability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing ladders.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Dependability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain consistent working hours.
- A valid driver’s license is required.
