Job Summary We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and highly organized individual to join our team part-time . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the pickup and delivery of science lab supplies to and from NYC schools to support hands-on science instruction.

This position is essential to the success of our classroom programs and offers an opportunity to be part of an organization making a direct impact in education.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver science supply crates from our storage facility to schools across NYC and Long Island.
• Return used crates to the storage facility for restocking and maintenance.
• Drive to multiple locations daily using a company vehicle (Communicate clearly with OmniLearn staff and school personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Carry supply crates up and down stairs when elevators are not available.
• Sort and organize materials to ensure proper items are delivered and returned.
• Assist with packing and restocking supplies when not making deliveries.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of delivery and storage areas.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability (Monday–Friday)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience (Required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with scientific equipment is a plus
• Comfortable driving in all five boroughs and Long Island
• Willing to undergo fingerprinting through the NYC DOE PETS (Personnel Employee Tracking System)
