Physical Therapist Director / Clinic Director
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $125,000 – $175,000+
- Clinic Production / Profit Sharing: 10%–25%
- Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 – $35,000
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000 – $20,000
- Annual Executive Bonus: $15,000 – $50,000+
- Equity / Partnership Opportunities Available
- Total Realistic Earnings Potential: $195,000 – $275,000+

Leadership Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the therapy department
- Mentor and develop Physical Therapists and support staff
- Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and clinical excellence

- Maintain compliance with clinical standards and best practices

Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong operational, communication, and team-building skills
