Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $175,000+
• Clinic Production / Profit Sharing: 10%–25%
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 – $35,000

Leadership Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist
