An extremely busy, well-established fee-for-service dental practice is seeking a full-time, long-term Associate Dentist. This opportunity is immediately available for the right candidate.

Our practice is the only dental office in the city of Sherrill, with only two additional practices in a nearby city. Demand for care is extremely high, and we consistently have more new patients requesting appointments than we can accommodate.

This is an excellent opportunity for either a new graduate seeking mentorship or an experienced dentist looking for a stable, long-term associate position in a thriving practice.

Practice Highlights:

• Base salary $200,000+ with strong earning potential
• Full-time preferred (part-time considered)
• Immediately available position (will consider a new 2026 graduate)
• Extremely busy practice with 60+ new patients per month
• 100% fee-for-service (no insurance participation and no write-offs)
• Choose compensation based on adjusted production or collections
• Option to work as W2 or 1099

Practice & Facility:

• 9 fully equipped operatories with 3 additional operatories ready to be completed
• Modern, growing facility with strong patient demand
• Current team includes:
• 2 dentists
• 4 hygienists (expanding with new associate)
• 4 dental assistants
• 2 front desk team members
• 1 office manager
• Support staff will expand as needed to support growth

• Associate has flexibility in how they structure their schedule and patient mix
