Hillside Toyota, a leading Toyota delearship in the NY region, is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- - Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- - Payment Processing: Receive, post, and reconcile cash. checks, credit cards and update the accounts receivable ledger- Reconcile schedules, bank statements and customer accounts
- -Work with sales, service and parts departments to resolve issues regarding payments- Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasksQualifications:- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- .-Knowledge of and experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or the CDK (ADP) DMS systems is a plus
- - Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- - High school diploma or equivalent required.
