Position Overview

The Materials & Inventory Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate communication and coordination between production, sales, and distribution to support timely shipping, receiving, and inventory control. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating shipments, and supporting smooth manufacturing and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods

Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and bills of lading for accuracy Track, investigate, and resolve shipping errors or discrepancies Prepare shipping bills, invoices, and related documentation Maintain proper stocking locations and accurate inventory placement Produce production, packing, and shipping labels Navigate and maintain shipping and inventory software systems Perform daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts Prepare purchase orders and receive raw materials into inventory Report production status throughout the manufacturing process Release warehouse stock pulls for customer orders

Qualifications & Requirements

Strong organizational and communication skills

Pay Range: $22$28/hour based on experience. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation based on performance and responsibilities.
