Qualifications and responsibilities for this Owner’s Representative – Luxury Residential Renovations position include:- Minimum 15+ years of experience as an Owner's Representative with a strong background in luxury residential renovations- Deep experience managing high-end Manhattan projects ranging from $1M to $10M in scope- Oversee multi-property renovations, including a 7,000 sq ft penthouse and waterfront tear-down and rebuild projects- Coordinate property maintenance and build strong relationships with vendors and service providers- Possess in-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, zoning laws, building codes, and construction administration- Demonstrate impeccable financial management, integrity, and hands-on project oversight- Highly proficient in technology, including 60+ WPM typing skills and digital documentation- Must be ethical, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable traveling regularly between Manhattan and Long IslandSalary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
