What you will be doing:
- Handle sophisticated matters and complex transactions across a range of businesses and industries.
- Apply an interdisciplinary team approach, combining specific legal expertise with broad business and practical experience.
- Assist clients in clarifying goals, identifying solutions, and achieving objectives.
Experience you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and securities law.
- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic performance; high class rank preferred.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Excellent research, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
