Location: Remote/Hybrid with travel to client sites as needed (Serving West Virginia, Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Missouri, Iowa, and Minnesota)

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with opportunities to work remotely and on-site with clients. You'll have the chance to build strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, their staff, Board of Directors, and Finance Committees, ensuring their financial health and success.

What You'll Do:
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing on a weekly and monthly basis
- Perform bank account and balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Track and monitor grant funding
- Develop and maintain cash flow projections
- Assist with audit preparation and compliance

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant accounting experience (5+ years preferred), in public accounting or industry
- Strong communication skills and a positive, client-focused attitude
- Ability to work with multiple clients in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience is a plus)
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Willingness to travel to client offices as needed
- Nonprofit experience is a plus, but not required
