Job Description
NBCUniversal Advertising Products & Solutions (AP&S) is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. From program development to product management to sales operations, our division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $7B+ annual advertising business. Together, we’re building the platform that powers the future of advertising at NBCU.
The Identity Sr. Product Manager will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of NBCUniversal’s foundational identity platform that connects first‑party signals into a privacy‑safe, interoperable identity graph. This role partners closely with data science, engineering, privacy, and downstream activation teams to evolve the graph’s scale, precision, and commercial utility across the NBCU ecosystem. The Sr. PM will balance quality, compliance, and partner interoperability while driving adoption across products such as onboarding, insights, forecasting, and audience activation. Success in this role requires deep product judgment at the intersection of identity, data infrastructure, and advertising workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and day‑to‑day prioritization of the NBCU Identity Graph, balancing platform health, feature enhancements, and downstream consumer needs.
- Drive prioritization decisions across data science, engineering, and platform partners to ensure the graph evolves with the right mix of scale, precision, and reliability.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across the organization, serving as the central intake for feedback, requirements, and issues related to the Identity Graph.
- Deliver clear, proactive product communications, including roadmap updates, release notes, and change management for both technical and business audiences.
- Partner closely with cybersecurity, legal, and privacy teams to ensure the Identity Graph meets all compliance, consent, and governance requirements.
- Translate regulatory, privacy, and security constraints into product requirements that enable innovation while maintaining trust and compliance.
- Measure and drive adoption and impact of the Identity Graph across activation, insights, forecasting, and partner integrations.
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years of product management experience, with ownership of platform, data, or infrastructure‑oriented products.
- Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, data science, and technical stakeholders to deliver complex products at scale.
- Strong communication and judgment, with the ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and privacy or regulatory considerations.

- A proven ability to effectively present to senior executives, colleagues, vendors, clients, talent, and other levels of personnel.

Additional Information:
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $150,000 - $190,000 (bonus eligible)
