About the Role

The Assistant Manager, 360 Marketing supports the development and execution of integrated marketing programs for North America. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail activation across launches and always-on marketing plans. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about luxury beauty.

Key Responsibilities

• Support category strategy, launch plans, and calendar management.

• Lead new launch forecasting using data, competitive insights, and historical performance.

• Maintain key documents including order forms, launch trackers, and marketing calendars.

• Partner with Global on launch toolkits, pricing updates, and product strategy inputs.

• Support long-range planning and identification of strategic priorities.

Data & Insights

• Conduct monthly reporting on category trends, competitive landscape, and retail performance.

• Own business trackers and dashboards; summarize insights for leadership.

• Support budget tracking and quarterly planning processes.

Go-to-Market Execution

• Manage timelines and deliverables for launches across assets, copy, sampling, and training tools.

• Collaborate with Sales, PR, Education, and Visual Merchandising to ensure flawless execution.

• Support retail event planning and in-store activation.

Consumer Engagement & Digital

• Partner with Creative and Global teams to secure and adapt assets and messaging for North America.

• Deliver creative and copy to media partners; support paid media briefing and campaign recaps.

• Monitor social and digital trends to inform content and consumer engagement strategies.

Project & Team Support

• Maintain marketing tools, calendars, and project trackers.

• Organize product samples and presentation needs for internal and market meetings.

• Manage asset libraries and file organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 4-6 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury consumer goods.

• Experience with product launches, digital marketing, and retail environments.

• Strong project management and analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

• Passion for beauty, consumer insights, and brand storytelling.
