Responsibilities

• Contribute to the successful completion of commercial and public works construction projects as part of a collaborative team
• Perform assigned field or office tasks efficiently and safely, adhering to company standards and project requirements
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors
• Follow established schedules, with field work generally Monday – Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, and office hours typically 8:00am to 5:00pm; occasional overtime or Saturday work may be required
• Support a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on every project

Qualifications

• Willingness to work scheduled hours, including occasional overtime or Saturdays as needed
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required

Field Work hours will generally be Monday – Friday 7am to 3:30pm but some Saturdays/overtime may be required. Office hours are typically 8am to 5pm, overtime is limited
