About The Opportunity

The Director of Partnerships is a senior, strategic role responsible for building, scaling, and operationalizing Corporate Traveler USA’s partnership ecosystem, with a primary focus on driving customer acquisition in the New York market.

This role owns partnership strategy and execution across:

  • Acquisition and lead-sharing partnerships, including product and technology partners
  • Industry and community partnerships aligned to priority verticals
  • Select sports partnerships, evaluated through a commercial and performance-driven lens

This role is accountable for delivering new, high-impact partnerships each year while improving the performance of existing relationships. Success is measured by partner-sourced pipeline, conversion, and sales impact. The Director of Partnerships will personally lead priority marketing partner initiatives and own the marketing, activation, and lead-generation components of strategic partnerships, working closely with cross-functional counterparts across Fintech, Product, Sales, and Finance who lead product and commercial integration efforts. The role also builds a scalable partnerships program and leads a small, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the annual partnerships strategy, with a strong focus on New York–based customer acquisition
  • Identify, negotiate, and launch new partnerships that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline
  • Lead marketing strategy and activation for product and technology partnerships, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Fintech, and Finance
  • Design and manage partner-sourced acquisition programs with clear workflows, enablement, and performance expectations
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on outreach strategy, coordinate sales motions with marketing initiatives, and ensure partner leads are effectively converted and supported
  • Continuously evaluate partnership performance and optimize, expand, or exit partnerships based on results
  • Oversee select industry and sports partnerships to ensure they support customer acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Lead and develop the partnerships team and collaborate closely across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations
  • Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive

Experience & Qualifications

  • 10+ years in a Senior Marketing position
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development in a B2B environment
  • 5+ years leading a team
  • Proven track record building partnerships that drive measurable pipeline and revenue
  • Experience working closely with Sales on partner-sourced acquisition or co-sell motions
  • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
  • Prior people leadership experience or readiness to lead a small team

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $150,000. Base salary is dependent on relevant factors, including experience, geographic location, and job requirements.
