JOB DESCRIPTION

this job offer is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Support Services division. May provide support to the maintenance/custodial department, food service, and/or transportation department.

Essential tasks and Responsibilities include the following.

»Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service

»Maintain files and filing (paper and data-located)

»Maintain all Maintenance, Facility records, and Support Service division records, such as Work Orders, vehicle records, accreditation files, keys, inspections, maps, safety meetings, etc.

»Receive and record Facility Wizard requests

»Complete Support Service division requisitions and purchase requisitions

»Process and file all invoices to meet existing and future deadlines

»Submit orders for Support Service division supplies and parts as requested. Follow up on back order supplies as needed

»Complete accident reports when needed

»Type program materials and documents as needed

»Assist with data collection as needed

»Pick up parts and supplies as needed

»Take meeting minutes as needed

»Fax, copy, and scan as needed

Education and/or practice
Associate's degree preferred, and one to two years of practice, or equivalent education and practice.
