Senior Health Informatics Specialist. Yonkers, NY. Report on standard structured data using SQL for decision making purposes. Build custom applications in ZOHO to automate MSHP processes, manage data & create workflows. Identify opportunities for quality improvement through data analysis. Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing & machine learning to classify and extract info from large unstructured datasets using Python. Analyze & interpret extracted healthcare data related to our patient population, chronic illnesses, preventative care, reproductive health & other clinical priorities to improve health outcomes for our patients using descriptive, inferential statistics to predict, measure outcomes and consequences of design using SPSS. Conduct code reviews of junior analysts & provide constructive feedback using platforms like Gitea. Create data collection instruments in REDCap for research projects & transform the raw data collected using

advanced analytics via Python & REST API webservices. Create interactive visualizations & dynamic data reports using the SAP WebIntelligence visualization software for clinical/operational measures. BS in Computer Science or Health Informatics or data-related field. 5 yrs exp. as Clinical Data Analyst or Health Informatics Specialist in hospital setting. Knowledge in writing or developing complex SQL queries. Knowledge of Python. EPIC certifications in Cogito, Clinical Data Model, Clarity Data Model & Caboodle Data Model. Annual Salary $104,000.00.
