Legal E-Billing Coordinator
New York, NY (Hybrid)
A prestigious law firm in New York has an immediate need for an E-Billing Coordinator. As an E-Biller, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Firm's e-billing processes. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in their New York office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transmit e-bills via client-preferred platforms and monitor invoice statuses.
- Submit accruals and budgets per client requirements.
- Maintain billing documentation and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Creating and reviewing monthly billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Generating invoices and sending them to clients
- Coordinating with attorneys and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or disputes
- Inputting billable hours and expenses into the accounting system
- Tracking and managing budgets for legal projects
Qualifications:
- Experience with Aderant Expert or similar legal billing systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
- Strong technical skills and eagerness to learn.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities.
