Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Flow Analysts to identify, qualify, and structure the flow of investment opportunities entering our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role . Private Markets Flow Analysts operate as independent contractors , activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Private Markets Flow Analysts:

Monitor, source, and qualify private market deal flow

Evaluate opportunity relevance across investor mandates

Prepare high-level opportunity context for capital partners

Coordinate introductions and flow handoff

Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

Build a verified private markets flow track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals who understand how opportunities move through private markets and can assess signal versus noise early.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Flow Analysts may:

• Source or receive proprietary and referred investment opportunities
• Assess deal quality, readiness, and mandate fit
• Compile high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Submit qualified opportunities through the Initio Sphere platform
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Support early-stage diligence handoff to internal analyst teams
• Private Markets Flow Analysts do not perform underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.
• Based on approval and experience, Private Markets Flow Analysts may work across:

• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments
• Deal categories are approved based on market familiarity and demonstrated flow judgment.

Compensation & Economics

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and analyst contribution

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality private market flow

Activation Process

To become a Private Markets Flow Analyst:

• Submit an application and background details
• Complete verification and market category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin qualifying and submitting opportunities

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching . All opportunity flow is routed through curated, platform-driven channels.
