Administrative Assistant - (Hybrid) - Remote | WFH
Manage daily operations, including client scheduling, policy reviews, and follow-ups
Be the primary point of contact for clients via phone and email
Oversee life insurance applications and back-office processes (licensing preferred)
Support business development initiatives and help coordinate seminars
Assist with LinkedIn and Instagram for professional outreach (a plus)
Handle administrative tasks to ensure the advisor can focus on client meetings What We're Looking For:
Highly organized and proactive with great attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional, confident, and comfortable interacting with clients
Experience in insurance, financial services, or real estate (a plus)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
