Contract Specialist II
Location : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office

The Contract Specialist II is responsible initiating, preparing, and revising master Stop Loss Policy contract documents
How you will make an impact:

Researching group benefits and rating history to provide informed recommendations; analyzing intricate specifications to ensure plan features are included; and maintaining an automated tracking system.

Creating standard documents and adding optional paragraphs or benefit options for manuals using approved language.

Basic research is conducted to determine the legal names of groups, types of benefits, and necessary rating mechanisms, as well as the group's status at the time of request.

Maintaining automated status logs, preparing monthly and periodic reports, managing related contract files, and setting up groups for future contract documents.

Responding to queries from plan personnel or groups about the status of documents and providing answers on contracts and amendments..
Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or a similar combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background

Detail Oriented preferred.
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the hourly* range for this specific position is $22.94 to $37.70
