Overview
Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Neurology Department.
Description

Job Description & Responsibilities
- Join an established group of Neurologists
- Completely clinic-based and involves seeing outpatients with a variety of general neurology cases, including but not limited to post-stroke, headache, seizure disorder, neuropathies, Parkinson’s, and dementia.
- Option to assist with following up inpatients and performing procedures such as lumbar punctures and Botox injections
- Close collaboration with our staff of attending neurologists
- 100% outpatient, weekdays with 4-day work week flexibility
- No call, no weekends, no holidays
- Full Epic EMR across the Network
- Great quality of life, excellent schools in a safe environment
- Salary Range: $104,040 - $130,000 . This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
- Sign-on Bonus up to $50,000
Job Qualifications
- National certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- NYS licensure
- BLS certification required
- DEA required
