Rosie’s, a lively East Village favorite, is looking for passionate SERVERS to join our hospitality team! The Server is responsible for a positive interaction with all guests while serving them in a friendly and hospitable manner. You will play an integral role within the guest experience ensuring that they feel welcomed and accommodated the entire time.

Rosie’s offers elevated takes on traditional Mexican dishes and margaritas in a hip, bustling atmosphere. On our corner in the East Village, Chef Marc Meyer brings his thoughtful approach to the bold, complex flavors of Mexico — a cuisine he has long admired and explored extensively. From grinding fresh masa to cooking on a comal, Rosie’s celebrates time-honored techniques while keeping the food bright, approachable, and full of energy. Our hospitality team works alongside the kitchen to deliver an experience where vibrant flavors are matched by attentive, warm, and energetic service.
