Skëwr is looking for passionate, energetic, and professional individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team. We bridge the gap between high-end service and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering "casual upscale" hospitality, we want to meet you.

Open Positions

1. Bartenders & Cocktail Servers

• The Vibe: Craftsmen and women of the "social hour."

• Requirements: Minimum 2 years of craft cocktail or upscale bar experience. Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and wine.

• Key Skill: The ability to balance speed with precision while engaging guests.

2. Food Servers

• The Vibe: Knowledgeable guides of the dining experience.

• Requirements: 2+ years in casual upscale or fine dining.

• Key Skill: Mastery of the menu, wine pairing suggestions, and "anticipatory service" (knowing what the guest needs before they ask).

3. Hosts

• The Vibe: The "Director of First Impressions."

• Requirements: Experience with Resy/OpenTable is a plus. Polished appearance and a warm, unflappable personality.

• Key Skill: Managing the "flow" of the room and gracefully handling waitlists.

4. Barbacks & Food Runners

• The Vibe: The high-speed engine of the restaurant.

• Requirements: 1 year of restaurant experience preferred. Ability to multitask under pressure.

• Key Skill: Speed, physical stamina, and the "Full Hands In, Full Hands Out" mentality.

5. Bussers (Dining Room Attendants)

• The Vibe: The silent guardians of the table.

• Requirements: An eye for detail and a sense of urgency.

• Key Skill: Seamlessly clearing and resetting tables to ensure the next guest has a perfect "First Look."
