CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team in Hauppauge. The CNC Operator will be responsible for operating CNC machinery to produce precision components while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity. Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Load and unload materials and properly secure workpieces.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Report equipment, tooling, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining required quality standards.
