Compensation Range: $130,000–$150,000 base bonus



Job Description:
Lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud infrastructure to support AI and data platform initiatives in a client-facing environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI infrastructure within AWS

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)

• Research and recommend scalable architecture and tooling solutions

• Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams on infrastructure strategy

• Delegate development tasks to offshore team members and oversee delivery

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems

• Ensure security, scalability, and performance of cloud environments

• Balance hands-on engineering (50%) with planning, design, and research (50%)

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 6–10 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Engineering

  • Strong hands-on AWS experience

  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)

  • Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines

  • Containerization experience (Docker, orchestration tools)

  • Strong understanding of cloud security, networking, and IAM

  • Proven ability to build scalable infrastructure and pipelines

  • Client-facing communication and stakeholder management experience

  • Ability to work in ambiguous, evolving environments

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience supporting AI/ML infrastructure or data platforms

  • Familiarity with AI tools and workflows

  • Experience scaling early-stage or non-standardized environments

  • Prior experience leading or mentoring small offshore teams
