Job Type: Temporary / On-Call | 8–10 hr shifts | Weekly pay
About the role: Delta Reliable Maintenance Corp is a NYC-based building services company with 20+ years in the field. We are actively building a ready roster of professional building staff for immediate deployment across Manhattan and Brooklyn residential and commercial properties.
If you are reliable, presentable, and available to start on short notice — we want to hear from you now, before positions fill.
Open positions:
- Porter / Building Cleaner — daily cleaning, trash removal, common area upkeep
- Lobby Attendant — front desk, tenant assistance, visitor management
- Fire Guard — fire watch, FDNY compliance
- Field Supervisor — oversight of multiple buildings, daily reporting to management (2+ years experience required)
What we're looking for:
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable — must be reachable and able to report within 24–48 hours
- Background check required
- Fire Guard applicants must have valid, current FDNY certification
- Building experience a plus but not required for porter/lobby roles
