Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes efficiently.
• Manage general ledger activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and oversee filings.
• Collaborate with auditors, providing necessary financial documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and key business decisions.
• Train and mentor junior accountants to strengthen the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial analysis tools.
• Exceptional analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively collaborate and guide the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
