Family Medicine - Physician - Albany, NY
St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates , is seeking a Full Time or Part Time Family Medicine Physician for Capital District Family Medicine. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support.
Capital District Family Medicine located at 1440 Western Avenue, Albany, NY is seeking a Physician to join their dynamic team of providers. Ideal candidate will be patient centered, have exceptional clinical and communication skills and possess a desire to mentor and oversee advanced practitioners.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- This office is a hub to offer primary care services to those in need of a provider. A majority of the referrals generate from the ER for patients with no established primary care
- Shared call rotation averaging about 1 in every 70 days, with RN triage
- Physician governed organization with physician led JOC
- Option for flexible schedule - Part Time or Full-Time options available
- APP Collaboration is required and provides an additional source of compensation
- Opportunities for physician leadership/administrative work are available if interested

RECRUITMENT PACKAGE
St. Peters Health Partners Medical Associates we offer a competitive base salary with earning potential through RVU-based productivity incentives and quality performance bonuses.
- Competitive salary range $250,000 - $260,000 for Full Time
- The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and does not include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
- Starting Bonus of up to $75,000 for Full Time (pro-rated for less than)
- Retention Bonus of $25,000 for Full Time (pro-rated for less than)
- Resident compensation available - up to 50 k per year for early sign on
- APP oversight stipend available for collaboration / supervision
- Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances
- Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage
- CME time & expense allowance
- Paid time away from the practice
- Two part retirement savings program with employer matching program
