Executive Assistant
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant - Legal Team (Confidential) in Downtown Manhattan, New York for a long-term contract opportunity. Summary: A leading financial services organization is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support a team of senior legal professionals. This position plays a critical role in keeping leadership aligned, operations running smoothly, and priorities executed efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate a high volume of meetings across multiple stakeholders
- Serve as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with other executive assistants to ensure seamless communication and scheduling
- Prepare and process expense documentation and reimbursement requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate internal meetings, including logistics, materials, and follow-ups
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day administrative support to a group of attorneys and leadership team members
- Proven experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Background in legal or professional services administration is strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience working with expense and procurement systems such as Concur and Ariba
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to enhance productivity is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities
