Key Responsibilities
Experiential & Event Marketing
- Lead planning and execution of in-person activations including conferences, trade shows, hosted events, and on-site demos
- Manage event logistics, vendors, booth strategy, messaging, and on-site experience
- Act as a brand ambassador for Exponential at live events
- Partner closely with sales and leadership to align event strategy with growth goals CRM, Attribution & ROI Ownership
- Own HubSpot as it relates to events and field marketing
- Build and manage workflows for lead capture, scoring, routing, and follow-up
- Ensure clean attribution from event touchpoint to pipeline and revenue
- Track and report on ROI for all activations including cost per lead, pipeline influenced, and closed-won impact
- Create post-event reporting and insights with clear recommendations
Content & Activation Support
- Support light content creation tied to events including short-form video, social posts, recap content, and email follow-ups
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to repurpose event moments into ongoing campaigns
- Bonus if able to capture on-site content or direct content creation in partnership with internal or external teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure alignment
- Help tighten feedback loops between what happens in the field and what shows up in messaging, product positioning, and campaigns
- Bring a test-and-learn mindset to every activation
Qualifications & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation
- Strong experience in healthcare marketing and or healthcare sales preferred
- HubSpot expertise required, including workflows, reporting, attribution, and CRM hygiene
- Proven ability to measure and communicate ROI
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, high-ownership environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, both in person and in writing
- Willingness to travel for events and activations
Bonus Skills
- Content creation experience including video, social, or copy
- Experience supporting B2B SaaS or healthcare technology companies
- Familiarity with conference strategy, sponsorship ROI, and pipeline-driven marketing
- Comfort being on camera or directing content capture
