Job Title: Engineering Project Manager III

Location: Skaneateles, NY 13153 (2 days Remote/3 days Onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract with possible extension

Shift/Schedule: 9:00am-5:00pm (flexible)

Job Description:

This role will be responsible for leading and executing several key projects under the company Front Line Care (FLC) organization under minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key project members and milestones required to the project (Project Scoping)
• Work cross functionally with internal and external parties (R&D, Technical Communications, Suppliers, etc.)
• Provide updates on project status on a weekly basis
• Execute projects to closure in a timely manner
• Ensure that output meets the project intent once closed
• Document all project key decisions and evidence of milestone completions, that the project documentation is auditable and compliant to all Medical Device Industry requirements.

Education & Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree
• 8 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations and/or Project Lead.
• 2 - 5 years of matrix mgt. experience
• PMP, preferred
• Regulated Industry experience preferred
• Experience working on projects related to labeling updates, preferred
• Experience in Track wise, SAP, preferred
