Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Carpenter or Carpenter Apprentice to join our dynamic renovation team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse residential projects, from framing and trim carpentry to finishing touches like fixture installation and restoration work. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing seasoned skills, you’ll play a vital part in transforming homes with precision and care.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution
• Perform framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and siding tasks with attention to detail
• Use hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and fabrication equipment safely and effectively
• Assist with concrete forming, masonry, roofing, drywall installation (including plastering and stucco), and water damage restoration projects
• Install fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, tiles, electrical components, plumbing fixtures, and metal studs as needed
• Conduct heavy lifting and assist with remodeling, renovation, mold remediation, and restoration projects
• Follow safety protocols on construction sites while maintaining high standards of quality

Experience

• Hands-on experience with construction site work including framing, roofing, drywall, or finishing trades is preferred
• Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is highly desirable
• Knowledge of various carpentry techniques such as woodworking, rebar installation, caulking, siding installation, and flooring is beneficial
• Experience in the restoration industry or water damage remediation will set you apart
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, CNC machines, and other fabrication equipment safely
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
