We have an immediate opening in our litigation department for both an experienced attorney and an associate-level attorney. The right candidates will be passionate advocates who thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Experienced Attorney (5+ Years)

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience handling a variety of litigation matters, including but not limited to commercial litigation, matrimonial and family litigation, personal injury, estate litigation, and other matters as needed. This attorney should be self-sufficient and have the ability to independently represent clients from the inception of the representation through its conclusion.

Associate Attorney (0–2 Years)

We also have an opening for an associate attorney. The successful candidate will have 0–2 years of experience and will be expected to assist in the handling of a variety of litigation matters including commercial litigation, matrimonial and family, personal injury, estate litigation, and other matters as needed. The right candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to apply critical thinking to each task assigned. The candidate will report directly to the firm's litigation partners and will assist all attorneys within the firm.

Qualifications

• New York Bar admission required (additional bar admissions a plus)

• Litigation experience across one or more of the firm's practice areas preferred

• Strong analytical, research, and written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and empathy

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

• Commitment to providing excellent legal service to clients

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and advance litigation files from inception to resolution (Experienced)

• Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation including research, drafting, and court preparation (Associate) xrczosw

• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Advise clients on legal rights, strategy, and case developments

• Appear in court and represent clients at hearings and conferences

• Negotiate settlements and advocate zealously for client outcomes
